Move Supporter Forum

So, I don't know about you guys, but I personally don't think this should be at the very top of the page.

For us non-staff, supporter is like the big idea/main point of the forum, which it shouldn't be. I know this is only viewable for those who are donator+ but it would be better off if it was in the ... well, just after the General section. The general section should be the first thing to see [excluding staff section]

or the divisions forum at the top but then again i spend 90% of my tim there a 9% in the shoutbox
