if it happens in CS:GO and pretty much any game we have besides Gmod replace the first digit with a 1.

Oh right. I always forget that with CS:GO.

Whether it's a mistake or not,  you shouldn't talk when there's a guy leading.

anything more than that, is considered as mic spamming.

We can always let 1-2 person talk in the game right, for better communication and also smooth game play. and you said earlier why it was a 60 min mute?, well if you look at your list of mutes, (On sourcebans) you can find there's a lot of stacks there. also, including dj slams and stuff.

so it's only necessary for you to have mute.

Like spacecow said, when you overtalk a leader or a guy leading to an extent, it can be considered as mic spamming.
Plus, since you have previous mutes from you trying to use HLDJ or SLAM on the server and a few mutes, you'll be noted on by the admins.

Also note that mutes stack.
