possible user dupe glitch

as you can see in this video this is clearly the same person but some how has two users registered in his name I'd like to ask how did this happen and if this could be looked into that would be great.

The character strings are exactly the same, and so are the email addresses. I remember seeing something similar to this back in 2016, but I can't exactly remember why it happened. It's simple enough to just assume that the software had a small lapse when he clicked register, so he clicked the button again during this. IPS software has a habit of having such hiccups every now and then, so I'm hardly surprised.

 

This isn't exactly a pressing matter, but I suppose it's nice to keep it documented.

I have fixed the issue. The account is still there but it won't cause any issues.

 

As @Fuuko has said, it is simply a rare glitch which can happen to make an account twice.
