Will the force of capitalism ever stop? Probably not.

 

If you are for the FFC getting rid of net Neutrality then you are most likely an inbred, low-life, insanely idiotic scum that should be sent into a spaceship along with flatearthers who are gonna be sent to the sun to cook and burn like a bunch of fat pigs.

 

If Net Neutrality ends, we're fucked.

Probably twice a year, or more.

 

But this time it's pretty important because:

  • This FCC chairman is a hobbyist, he used to work for Verizon as the lawyer.
  • It is set to end after a vote that had 3-2 regardless of news article including projections, and statistic about 98.5% of comments on Net Neutrality.

A battle like this will never ends unless we get someone who can lead without forcing capitalism

Net neutrality is unnecessary because the FTC has your back.

 

15 U.S. Code § 45 - Unfair methods of competition unlawful; prevention by Commission

 

Quote

(a) Declaration of unlawfulness; power to prohibit unfair practices; inapplicability to foreign trade
(1) Unfair methods of competition in or affecting commerce, and unfair or deceptive acts or practices in or affecting commerce, are hereby declared unlawful.

 

Quote

(n) Standard of proof; public policy considerations
The Commission shall have no authority under this section or section 57a of this title to declare unlawful an act or practice on the grounds that such act or practice is unfair unless the act or practice causes or is likely to cause substantial injury to consumers which is not reasonably avoidable by consumers themselves and not outweighed by countervailing benefits to consumers or to competition.

 

Moreover, FCC's job is to regulate physical properties such as wavelengths and signal strengths, they shouldn't care about consumer/supplier problems.

Don't blame the FCC on this. Blame the chairman for wanting to do this. Two congressmen called investigation on him for miscommunication. (link). I hope the vote will be paused during the time.
