It is set to end after a vote that had 3-2 regardless of news article including projections, and statistic about 98.5% of comments on Net Neutrality. Quote (n) Standard of proof; public policy considerations The Commission shall have no authority under this section or section 57a of this title to declare unlawful an act or practice on the grounds that such act or practice is unfair unless the act or practice causes or is likely to cause substantial injury to consumers which is not reasonably avoidable by consumers themselves and not outweighed by countervailing benefits to consumers or to competition. Moreover, FCC's job is to regulate physical properties such as wavelengths and signal strengths, they shouldn't care about consumer/supplier problems.
