The song's name is Galactic Legacy by a musical circle called Strip Sounds. It was made as part of a space-themed dual orchestral/electronic album (called Space Vol. 1) by a Japanese fellow called Koichi Imahashi.

 

I'm afraid the entire song is only as long as what I gave you. There IS a slightly longer electronic version of this song, though. It's actually not bad; it sounds like something you'd hear in a 16-bit cyberpunk game. Very nostalgic.
