Why you should be unbanned: The first Issue I had with this admin was being warned and kicked for writing on walls with a crowbar.

I have since spoken to other admins (Starsandspiders) who have told me that I am allowed to do so, and that wiggles is a new admin and to be patient with him. Wiggles has admitted that he was in the wrong in that situation and I was fine with letting it go.

 

My current 1 day ban stems from WigglesWorth telling me to change my attitude when I wrote that I was unjustly slayed in chat.

I killed a T for sniping somebody in plain sight, was slayed for it the next round and told that I did not see him do so.

I wasn't recording at the time and so I cannot provide proof but this isn't really about the slay, this is about the ban I recieved for complaining about the slay in chat. I asked if VIPs get special privileges because I have been RDMd multiple times on this server while this admin Wiggles was active and nothing came from those RDMs, but for some reason this VIP T's death (At the hands of myself, an innocent who saw him snipe an inno's head off) had to be inspected thoroughly. 

 

After stating my disapproval I was immediately 'gimped' through an admin command and again, told to change my attitude.

Now maybe I'm wrong, and lets say the slay was justified... my issue is again mainly with Wiggles, being a new admin and dealing with the community by handing out slays. kicks, warns, and now bans.

 

This is supposed to be a community. So why does someone in charge of keeping everyone playing fairly and enjoying the server so eager to kick and ban people? I myself was an admin on a Jail server a few years back and had my privileges remove for using the slap command to damage a single person one time. Now obviously that sever had a different administrator, but my point is as an admin you should be held to a higher standard and do what is right for the community, and speak to your community, instead of ruling with an iron fist.

 

I invite WigglesWorth to comment because again, I am open to communication.

I love playing on this TTT server and like everyone else, I am simply here to have fun.

I may rub some people the wrong way but I do not believe a day ban is justified simply for complaining about a slay in chat.

Again, the ban isn't really my main issue, it's with this one new admin who likes to create rules off the top of his head whenever he is upset and justify bans as 'harassment'. 

 

If Wiggles is not removed from his position of power then I at least ask that someone speak to him about his behavior and teach him that communication is key and straight up banning someone without warning just because you dont like what theyre saying is a great way to ruin an awesome community.

I believe that's all of them. You were literally being the most toxic player I've encountered in a while. And as a recap of the crowbarring walls thing, I told you previously that you were allowed to do it, just not to write "THE HOLOCAUST NEVER HAPPENED" seeing as how people of jewish culture and/or faith play on our server (including atleast 1 admin) who would have been pissed tf off. I think since it's only a day ban, you'll be just fine and that @PB-n-J can wrap this puppy up!

Do you have any screenies of you telling me to 'CHANGE YOUR ATTITUDE' when I first complained about an unjustified slay? My point still stands, you need to learn how to speak and listen to the members of your community, and not just at them.

 

If you said something along the lines of 'Sorry captain, I slayed you because of such and such, next time maybe you could record your gameplay if you have a slay you want to dispute' or ' I understand you're upset Captain, I will try harder to make sure to slay people who RDM you', 

you wouldn't have set me off, and even then I was jokingly bringing up how the round that lasted 10 mins without anyone being killed and the T not being slayed for delay, was because the T was  probably a VIP.

You seem to have no sense of humor and even then, there aren't any rules about making those kinds of jokes. Other admins have no issue with members on the server trying to have a good time.

If this were an anti-cussing Christian server and the rules states such, I would understand.

But I think you need to stop bringing your personal issues and opinions into an online video game, and if you feel the need to then maybe chat with the person you are trying to reprimand instead of posting screenies of me saying 'why do the VIPs deaths get looked into in greater detail than non-VIPS' and shouting CASE CLOSED YOU CAN LOCK THE THREAD NOW.

First pointer, yes it included me telling you to chill in reports simce you verbally abused the kid who reported you in the first place. 

 

Secondly, if I had gotten that kind of speech in the first place, I wouldn't have reciprocated. 

 

Third, there's a difference between bickering/pestering about a subject over and over and making a joke about it. 

 

Finally, they weren't gettin slain for delaying because I was busy dealing with you carrying on and reports of the round. Your attitude still gets you nowhere and I'm sorry you feel that way, but the ban stays
