I'm very intrigued when the topic is poetry.  I love words put together so well that I feel it. I was wondering what everyone's favorite poem/quote is? and if you've created your own I'm very interested in reading it. I myself make some poems and love seeing others work.

I love this quote, found it maybe a year ago and saved it

"I failed in some subjects in exam, but my friend passed in all. Now he is an engineer in Microsoft and I am the owner of Microsoft." -Bill gates

I love that quote. one of my favorites is from Winston Churchill "If you're going through hell, keep going." it's very short and simple but has always meant a lot to me.

Posted  Edited by Rose

The wind whispered in her ear the immense hatred of her peers.

She was snickering at the sickening thoughts brought to her ears.

Her eyes stone cold as she dared to stare beyond what’s there.

Her knife glistening and twinkling, craving for an ending of all happy endings.

Her peers are fleeing,

Her parents are weeping,

Her hair whisking and whipping in the wind; she didn’t care.

In fact, she was utterly amused.

Amused at the sheer fear her peers,

And amused at cowards she once called her parents.
