loading screen Loading Screen Help

So I made a loading screen on Photoshop for a prop hunt server but how do I get the index.html file/ how do i make one so the server information can change per load?

This would have to be overlayed onto a background.

It's pretty easily done with PHP and a webhost.

 

Feel free to add me on Steam and I'd be glad to help with the project.

Also, when we're done I'll go ahead and show what we did (and likely how we did it) in case somebody finds this post in the future.
