Furthermore, after leading and still going 2:15 it is heart crushing, especially after you put so much energy into leading the map, i find that i just want to be somewhere else. So we would've had to constantly vote leader anyway. But this is besides the point, @Sneaky Weazel was quite happy to set a leader when necessary and usually, on try hard maps, there will be at least one admin one who, if needed, would be very willing to help you out.
