Chrome Issues

I've cleared my cookies and all. On every single site I tried to visit to, this firewall thing keeps popping up and doesn't allowed me to go to any website. I've checked on my firewall and follow the instructions as it stated but nothing works. Can someone please help me? I'm currently using a avast browser and I still use firefox for school. 

It's starting to piss me off when I use it to do my homework which is timed and only one chance and chrome is much easier to use for me.

I'm not an IT, but I'll try to help you. I recommend the following:

1. Force closing Chrome. (Skip to step 5 if you've done all of these)
2. Check to see if anything has been accidentally checked (Chrome and your Antivirus).
3. Check your computer's default Firewall to see if it has Chrome blocked.
4. Restart your computer.
