How to set up head-shot only server to play with your friends 101

Do you want to play against your friends to see who can head-shot better without using plugins or -insecure?

If so, here is how:

 

1. Open steam
2. right click on csgo
3. click property
4. click set launch options
5. input +mp_damage_scale_ct_body 0 +mp_damage_scale_t_body 0 and click okay
6. launch csgo
