WHY THE FU** IS MY LIFE SO HORRIBLE

I can't even explain the sadness I'm feeling right now. I'm tired, confused, hungry and sad. I literally just want to kms right now.. I literally have to hold back kms right now~ I'm having family difficulties including, My Moms bf cheating on her. Tears. Leaving. Shit. :C What can I do to get rid of this sadness...?

I'll be the first one to tell you, a post in our forums probably isn't the best place to make a post like this.

 

That aside, you always just have to think of the positives. Even if there isn't a lot of them, just always think about them.

 

I wouldn't be able to help you with the specifics, cause I've never been put in that kind of situation, but I'm sure there's plenty of people in the community that have. You can always just try and talk it out with a person, I find just talking with someone usually makes me feel better if something bad happens.

 

Also, as corny as this photo might be (which is hella corny), I find the quote on it always helps. It's a good quote to live with and to pass onto people

As @Addy said, seek a website that is meant people in your condition. 

 

Also, I've dealt with suicide within my family. Watching someone wither away and thinking to yourself "What could've I done?" Is a feeling I am damn sure your family and mother do not want to feel.

As somebody who has been in similar situations regarding family issues, I can relate to you. However, I don't think suicide is the answer. Just stay strong and things will get better. If you need anybody to talk to, feel free to message me.

You can also post on "https://www.reddit.com/r/relationships/" It's a really big community of user's who post things there. There will always be thousands of feedback and help through that website. The sub-reddit relationships (sub reddit means like a sub topic that's broken down such as legaladvice, funny, jokes, videos, etc) shows people talking about their problems and asking for help or assistance. I love the website Reddit itself because it is user based. People post their cute pets on there, funny things and such. They have tons of motivational things on there. They even have porn if you're into it. Anyways, check it out, create an account, and post your issues under the sub-reddit relationships that way people can come and talk. 

 

 Although your mom's boyfriend is cheating on her, think of it as a way of saving her from being with him for the rest of her life. I'd take it slow from now on since we don't really know what goes on in your life. Best of luck.

If you need help with school (if you're still in school) then I'm also free to help out when it comes to certain subjects. Usually depression results in people not wanting to do much which can negatively affect grades. If it does affect your grades, then try to talk to your counselors or someone like that. 

 

With that being said, you should also consider checking out some other places on the internet for help. Because as much as we'd like to help out people with depression, it's not something we really know how to handle correctly. You should definitely consider talking to a therapist/psychiatrist. And from what I've heard, you should try to avoid medication unless it gets to the point of suicide.

 

Depression is a hard thing to address, but you have to let those who care about you know that you're feeling it. And remember that depression is not something you simply "get over" so don't listen to people who try to make you feel guilty about feeling depressed. Anyway, I'll try to help if I can. But please consider asking for help on other places that are better equipped for this sort of thing, as well. 

 

P.S. I hear working out or just generally exercising like running can help with depression. So see if you can join any sports teams in your area.
