Server might need a restart. Arrows and projectiles are acting funky.

I think the shootout server may be due for a restart (or something). Arrows have been bouncing of walls, floors, and enemies. Sometimes the arrows remain on the floor and still damage enemies if they walk over them. Thrown knives seem to have a similar effect on occasion. I managed to grab some clips.
