After 8 months, I returned to H&S and noticed that I have lost all my points, shop items, achievements, as well as my membership status. I came to the website to see if my account was deleted, yet everything was the same. I then decided to just make a new membership account under a different email. This is my previous GFL account: https://gflclan.com/profile/33431-mav/ It links to my profile, so I know it's still tied to my steam account. If anyone knows a fix to this please reply. Toxic 291 / 0 Report Post Posted August 31, 2019 Did you try rejoining afterwards? Or contacting the staff of HnS? I can't remember back as far as 8 months, as you state. I saw the only post attached to the profile, and it was my membership application. In the application, it links to my steam profile. One of the staff that were on told me that the server was not recognizing my steam account and it was some sort of bug that I would need to report on the website for help. Just to reiterate the situation, Your old forums account was @MAV. I think the basic issue may have just been that your steam account somehow got disconnected from the account. You posted it on the Member Application, but the account itself doesn't seem to be linked. So you made a new account to try to fix it... Lunar Blade 178 / 3,309 Report Post Posted September 1, 2019 Gotcha. Yeah, that brings us back around to needing a Tech Admin to look at it. I personally don't think it'll be possible to transfer the info from the old account to the new, but they may be able to help you recover the account.
