Why should you be unbanned?

I was banned for the reason "RDM and leave" from 24/7 minecraft TTT server. I did unintentionally rdm a player which I accepted the slay for. What had happened was before the round started I went spectator mode because I was going to eat dinner. Not knowing that going spectator before the round would keep the slay active I went back upstairs after getting my food to turn my computer off. The reason I went spectator was because at first I was going to eat in front of my computer but changed my mind last minute to eat with my dad. I had no intention of leaving to avoid the slay which is why I want to hopefully get my ban appealed so I can join back on the server and serve out my slay.

What I saw was CIA (STEAM_0:1:101644621) has disconnected with 1 autoslay left! and for that I had to ban
