A good website to have a look on would be, https://steamrep.com/ It can display reasons why people are trade banned and also reports on actions they may have done outside of VAC/Ban's. I know it is a well known website anyway so most of you will probably already know of it but wanted to draw attention for anyone who hasn't noticed it yet. It seems as though he was perma banned on his alt by @Syrus for wallhacking on mg, I looked up his ip.
