Need some advice. Looking for good DM server.

Hello,

I am starting gaming again (used to play a lot of SOF2 and COD4 before) and went for CSGO but kind of sick of all the cheating on regular servers etc. 
Just a bit confused here for a server that is for DM or Team DM and how to access it.
