As for a big change regarding the GMOD Division, I always looked at Seniors are being a bit useless in terms of being different than a regular admin besides having a different tag. Due to this, and the fact I always felt as Server Managers sometimes might felt as having to do too much, Senior Admins are now in charge of Ban Appeals, Player Reports and making sure regular Admins are following the guidelines for bans. Ban Appeals will now function as the following, player will submit an appeal. The Admin that banned the player will tell his side and what happened from his POV, the Admin might submit any sort of evidence to back up his side. But unlike how it is, the admin that banned the person is not the one to either accept or deny the appeal as of today (04/25/2020), this will be up to the Senior Admins and Server Manager. Player reports will still be filled and done by any Admin rank, Seniors will need to make sure all reports are being correctly done and that the punishment is applied correctly. For Admin Applications, they are still the Server Manager's job. Seniors might only accept or deny an applicant if given permission by the Manager, for servers in GMOD that wish to allow their Senior Admin to accept or deny applicants, please send me a Discord DM to keep me on the loop, Pyros#1400 With this changes, Senior Admins will become a bit more important and will be there to assist the Server Manager on keeping the Staff team in check, any sort of doubts or questions, feel free to ask. Also, Seniors are also able to undo other Admins ban or edit the time, if you are caught abusing such a privilege, you will be removed from the Staff team and further punishment might be given.
