Connection Problems

As the title said . i recently have connection problems with the server , I can join other GLF's server but when i try to join this one it just says " Disconnected after 4 tries" . I don't know what to do so I came here for help. Also , when I use vpn it's let me in but the connection is too bad . I am hoping I am posting this in the right place . Thanks !

None of our POP servers are down.

 

Would you be able to perform a trace route or MTR to 92.119.148.19? In Windows Command Prompt, you may execute:

 

tracert 92.119.148.19

 

To perform a trace route to the IP.

 

Please provide me the results when done.
