What kind of punishment was it (mute/gag, server ban): It was a ban for using a VPN. Why should you be unbanned? Haven't done anything, I did however join with a VPN, where I can see that the console would consider it an alt. Right now, I need a VPN in order to connect to any servers, or even play CS:GO.
