It seems that you have tried to appeal this ban before but it was denied. You had exactly 31 chances to change your behaviour and to follow rules. You should of been permanently banned at ban number 27, yet we allowed you to not be perma. I will deny this appeal as I believe we have given you several chances to improve your behaviour and to follow the rules, yet you didn't make the most out of it.
