Why should you be unbanned?

with the gag i never even typed in chat so the chat spam part is just a lie. with the mic spam, i wasnt spamming mic at all and even another person in the game said it was abuse. Sadly my clip didnt pick up my mic but you can still hopefully tell that the ban was false. I dont want him to be punished or anything i just want to be unmuted/gagged. the file is too big to attach so heres a unlisted youtube link: 

 i can attach the picture of my dms with him because he said i spammed his dms when i only sent 2 messages. the 3rd message i sent before i took the screenshot to show he blocked me. I dont want him to lose any perms or anything I just want to be able to talk on the server

Number one, you intentionally Didn't record your own audio came into the server screaming "how does my dick taste how does my dick taste". you already had 4 com bans for the same things, Im just following the rules, next time you get muted for spam it will be longer.

 you should maybe include the audio since you are acting as you didnt do so (spaming ur mic), as for responding after this i will not. next time you get muted it will be for 2 weeks. then a perma.

And btw, dadflex said it was abusive because of the time of the mute 1 week. but my higher ups told me to follow the guidelines for voice spam. sorry bud next time if you want to have the privilege of speaking in game dont spam in ur mic and act like your mic wasn't picking it up.

as for the week it stays.

damn so youre gonna just blatantly lie on here? i had the wrong mic for my recording lmfao i didnt scream once idk why youre lying and i didnt have any comm bans for the same thing. its insane they let people like you be admin thats actually ridiculous

The server manager will deal with this / my higher up as i am not going to argue over who did what. you know what you did and he will be the final judge. as per now you will stay silenced for a week.

also the other people in game were already complaining about some other kids voice if I was "screaming at max gain" like youre lying about dont you think they would have a reaction to that too?
