I dont have duplicate accounts? i dont understand why i got banned for and permanently

i changed my name to dechavoo after admin told me to change with a ban, so i dont understand why im permanently banned now with "Duplicate account"

Hey make sure you aren't connecting with a VPN that could be reason you were banned, you'll be unbanned but make sure your name is changed lol
