As @VortexKiryu stated, I didn’t gag you, it was him. That and your short responses show that this appeal is very rushed and you didn’t put much thought into this.
 

You haven’t done anything recently, but I’m just not sure if I want you ungagged or not.

This ungag/mute appeal like stated above seems rushed, given that you apparently named the wrong admin who gave the punishment, used "and/or" meaning you don't even understand what consequence you have(unless you don't know which refers to chat or mic spam, which you should've specified), and there was literal information about what happened to get you gagged/muted, and why this time is different. Saying that you simply won't do it anymore doesn't cut it for me in my opinion.
