Files missing from FastDL

I'm new to these servers and enjoy playing on them especially the vanilla TTT. I was kicked from the server with a missing map error and that's when I noticed that I couldn't download the school days map. I checked the console logs to browse the FastDL and I noticed its not there as well as many other files that I'm not downloading.

Oh I wasn't aware of these workshop files that I had to download, at the least I'm not getting any notification or my workshop isn't downloading them when I join the server. New players like me who don't know are getting kicked when certain maps are played. I see about half the players are kicked when I get to return.

 

Could be worth looking into as I don't think its just me having trouble with this.
