Event #200 -- "Weird, Wonky and ready for Halloween" with a bonus!

Hello everyone! This event was selected from our Nomination Megathread, which you can check (and nominate your own ideas) here! -- If you'd like to see your nominations appear in these threads make sure to drop your ideas in the thread linked above!

 

For this week, courtesy of willywilson, we'll be celebrating the start of October with a series of somewhat spooky maps! This won't be our big Halloween event (you know, the one that involves Halloween House) but this will be a good start to get our feet wet! 

 

This event nomination, as well as "Danmaku Series Megamix" was tied for top pick, so I put both nominations through Random.org to choose a winner at random, as you may have noticed, this event won.

 

 

Notice:

The maps and therefore this event in general may be too short, which is why I've decided to also cram in Minimal after ze_dread, since Minimal is a map that GFL hasn't beaten before.

Notice:

• Events are scheduled in our Steam group, however, we also always announce over at our Discord server when the event begins.

Special Kickers:

• None for this event

VIP Rewards:

• Winners of any two maps will be receiving one week of V.I.P.!
• Winners of three or all four maps will be receiving two weeks of V.I.P.!
  • If we win Minimal, all players who are in the server at the moment the map is beaten will receive one week of V.I.P.!

Rules:

• This event should be of a chill nature up until Minimal, tryharding can happen but it won't be as heavily enforced. Excessive micspam won't be allowed either though.
• Regular server rules will apply for this event as usual.
• Sitting in spec unless you're a spectating admin is not allowed.
• Each map will be played for a maximum of 120 minutes.
