Unable To add Gifs as a spray

So during my plan for Vanilla TTT, I decided to use the command !sprays for a few gifs. I copied the link from Google and pasted it into the spray link (yes it was a gif) shortly after it said it worked, So I closed the menu and hit T then next thing I know the gif is static. Please give me a way to fix.

Iirc Vanilla GIF sprays are an incentive for VIP, @Yogpod @Waylon Smithers can confirm?

Gif sprays are vip (maybe supporter) perk, and as such when you spray a gif it will simply freeze on the first frame, as you are not VIP.
