Why you should be unbanned: I got banned for mass rdming twice but im not sure why because I hadnt rdmed anyone and was currently dead at the time, and never have been banned for mass rdming a first time

According to sourcebans,  you were banned for 4 weeks by CONSOLE.  Which I'm pretty sure means, that only @Violator can unban you.

It's also possible that the admin just isn't registered for sbans considering this ban was made on the 16th of October. However, if you were to properly ban for mass RDM, it would have expired by now. I have unbanned buddist.
