[10-20-16] "Updates" Forum Permissions Fixed + Some Other Stuff

Hello, I just wanted to let everybody know that I opened the "Updates" forum to all "higher" team Members (e.g. eSports team, Media team, etc).

 

With that said, I made a new category as well named "Administration". I felt the "Updates" forum didn't necessarily belong in the "Teams" section. Along with this change, I made another forum under the "Administration" category for discussing and brainstorming ideas that will help GFL as a whole.
