The gag was permanent because, after 4 communications related offenses (which you have more than 4 of), players are subject to a permanent revocation of their ability to use text or voice chat at the admin's discretion. I decided to exercise said discretion due to your infraction history. I will not be accepting this appeal at this time as I do not feel that enough time has passed since the incident to consider an ungag. Feel free to appeal once more in a couple of months.
