He was originally playing on the server as "stewie2k". He was really really bad and I kept killing him. He then came back with hacks using the name "boring" and openly admitted to using them in the chat.

 

I have screenshots of him bragging about using cheats for years from the console, here is one including output of the status command with his steam id showing:  https://i.imgur.com/r8kb6XL.jpg

I have already reported him to valve and encourage others to do the same.

I have attached a bunch of screenshots of console logs of him admitting to using cheats here as well.

Can't do much based on what someone is saying in the chat. Anyone can technically join and claim to be cheating, need demo.

He's banned for cheating on at least two other servers but they showed no demos either.

Hes in server with different id [U:1:1211187029] right now and named Tennis 2k. Will try to get demo when possible but he went like 40 and 3 then rejoined and stopped doing good after people started talking about him being sus.
