So someone was running around with a Jihad and was taunting with it. I've never seen a taunt so I thought it was probably just an innocent trying to use the Jihad. He was RDM for taunting so I wanted to try and use the taunt. Most of the server was around one place on tides so I ended up killing half the map when I thought you couldn't use the Jihad. However in this case, your explanation actually sounds believable, so i'll give you the benefit of the doubt and remove this ban. Please don't make me regret this.
