Event #222 -- "The Permanent Time Loop"

Event Overview:

Hello everyone! This event was selected from our Nomination Megathread, which you can check (and nominate your own ideas) here! -- If you'd like to see your nominations appear in these threads make sure to drop your ideas in the thread linked above!

 

For this week, as suggested by the least based admin Lv.100 Crobat we'll be playing the well known Shroomforest marathon! For this event we'll be trying to win all three Shroomforest maps in order but with a special minor twist, although for the majority of this event it'll just be regular Shroomforest, no complains from me though as they are a pretty decent set of maps that anyone can get used to pretty quickly!

 

This event nomination, as well as "Maps GFL has beaten -- Old Maps, Older Settings - Part I" was tied for top most voted nomination, so I put both of these nominations through Random.org to decide a winner, and as you may have figured out, this was the nomination that won:

Notice:

• Events are scheduled in our Steam group, however, we also always announce over at our Discord server when the event begins.

Special Kickers:

• If we beat Shroom3 with the bad ending (this means, if nuke goes off and kills zombies) then the event will not be considered as beaten and we will have to restart from Extreme 1 of Shroom3, this only applies if humans get teleported to the end area and nuke kills zombies. If the bad ending is achieved and humans lose before the final teleport or they suicide before the nuke then this kicker won't apply and we can start from Extreme 3 again.

VIP Rewards:

• This'll be a long event, so we'll be rewarding winners of any two maps with one week of big V.I.P.
  • Winners of all three maps will be rewarded with two weeks of big V.I.P.

Rules:

• This event will be of chill but also tryhard nature, micspamming / off-topic is allowed so long as it's not overshadowing / overly spammy.
• Regular server rules will apply for this event as usual.
• Sitting in spec unless you're a spectating admin is not allowed.
• Each map will be played for about 120 minutes. Any extra extends can be done through votes.
