I think It would be a haha funny since I like to hang bodies

At this point let everyone do it since you can't do much with it anyway and I want to make the hut on b5 into a meat locker. Also I believe it is as simple as changing a 0 to a 1 in the config so easy ass +1

if you are curious, in console commands it's ttt_ragdoll_pinning_innocents 1
I don't play mc that often, but I do want to raise some concerns.
Since this is different from most TTT servers, it is likely to cause rdm from new members. I doubt people would like getting slain for something they didn't know was a thing, however I'm not sure if mc staff would slay for something like that.
Trolls could hide bodies as innocent more easily, not sure if this would count as teaming or any kind of rule violation by mc's standards, but it would be pretty annoying and put innocents at a disadvantage if an innocent troll decides to purposefully screw them over. 
I don't know if these concerns are big enough to prevent it from happening, I just wanted to bring them into view.

-1 Most players only know hanging bodies to be a traitor ability, and as Blazing said, this could cause confusion amongst newer players and lead to RDM.
