How do I hide my teammates ' equipment ?

Using the console command sm_equipment should toggle the display of such items (used as !equipment or /equipment in the text chat), assuming you are talking about the overhead display of such things and not the actual models of the weapons. If you wish to hide the actual models, you would need to do a clientside edit of the models' materials (in this case, the materials for EVERY single weapon) and adding something like $alpha 0 to the vmt for that texture to make it invisible, then recompiling csgo's .vpk with such edits (or using a tool like MIGI so you don't need to fully recompile the entire csgo .vpk, but instead just compile the edited files into a .vpk).
