Why this should be revoked:

First of all, I would like to point out that Jokester would not allow me to clip and show video of what happened because he said he saw what happened. Me and 2 other 501st were stuck in an elevator being shot by droids during a mission. If Jokester was "watching" it happen, why didn't he help us at all? we were stuck in the elevator. I heard someone say "just kill me" so I threw a grenade in hopes to get all 3 of us out. It wasn't a malicious RDM at all. I was dragged into a sit and I tried pleading with Jokester to let me clip the video and watch it. He wouldn't allow me to and instead let other staff members decide what was going to happen. I feel like this perma ban is completely unjust and I was treated unfairly. The people who are in the video and all of the people in the 501st will tell you I had no intention of harm and that I am not looking to cause that type of harm at all. Please just look at the video and give it some thought. Maybe even talk to some of the 501st and listen to what they have to say about it.

RDM is still RDM. On-top of this you had clear intent to kill people, whether it be fore good or bad reasons. Not only can we not make exceptions even for you, you still mass RDMed. Textbook Mass RDM.

So I saw in the kill feed people were killing each other prior to event starting and when I went to spectate I hear someone tell you not to throw a grenade and then an immediate 3 kill feed. You yourself knew it was RDM but still proceeded to kill them to get unstuck. With the amount of staff on you can easily utilize @ to get unstuck with a little patience. I conversed with the staff briefly to get some input before making such a rash ban because I felt like it was deserving to at least discuss it before giving you either a lengthy or perma ban. After some talk with a senior admin and even a server manager it was agreed that there was intent on killing the people and you've had enough chances.

Jokester no one said don't throw a grenade. This was a just moment. I know for a fact that it was. Ask anyone who isn't staff and you'll be told that it was just. If I really wanted to be an asshole and mass rdm,  I would have shot everyone there. But looking at the video, my trigger discipline was pretty damn good. I could've killed everyone there with a gun. Just because something happened a few months ago doesn't mean I'm looking to do it again and mean it. I was told that you were watching us all stuck for a bit before i threw a grenade as well. Maybe the developers should fix the elevators issues too. Had it not been fucked up, none of this would've happened.

Since having your previous ban revoked, you have managed to get yourself into more trouble. It's common sense to not kill everyone if you're stuck and instead ask an admin, if Jokester was watching you however he should have indeed helped you, that will be dealt with. The ban remains.
