Why should your punishment be revoked?

I have 2 questions. 
First I was curious if I could get ungagged from the previous false ban that was removed. I thought that was part of the unban process, but I was told by an admin I still have a 45 min gag and he doesnt know what I said or did.

Second I was told on the previous post that I had 2 warns, and one of which I could appeal. I would like to know what the 2 other warns are so I can see if I should appeal them if thats okay with you guys. 

Yes I know I have been using slurs, I was in the military and I cuss a ton. I am working on chilling out with it and have been getting better with the slurs.

gag was do to slurs you used more than once and were warned verbally before yelling said slur again to me prompting me to gag. r slur is not tolerated on this server. gag stands.
