Hello,

 

I intend to move some servers around on Thursday November, 25. This will result in downtime for the following services from midnight CST until about 3:00 CST:

 

GS14

CWRP Test Server -> GSTest (Will do this one early at like 23:00 on Wednesday to reduce downtime for production services)

CSS BHOP Test Server -> GSTest (Will do this one early at like 23:00 on Wednesday to reduce downtime for production services)

CS:GO AWP -> GS15

CS:GO Surf Timer 3 -> GS16

CS:GO BHOP 1 -> GS16

TF2 2Fort -> GS18

TF2 2Fort2 -> GS18

TF2 Hightower -> GS18

GMOD TTT3 -> GS18

GMOD TTT4 -> GS18

 

This is being done because we have plenty of free capacity on the other nodes, so we can save some money by eliminating GS14 without cutting many / any production services.

 

Additionally, we're going to be replacing Web2, the Dev VPS machine with another machine of comparable specs the day after (Friday November, 26 from midnight to 3:00 CST). Developer VPSes and the Gitlab runner will be down during this time.

Hey again. We successfully completed the migration of the above services to the other GSK nodes and have cancelled GS14. This should reduce our monthly expenditures by $150 / mo.

 

We will be moving forward with dev VPS move as time permits. I am a tad busy as it's finals season.
