I was playing the 24/7 2Fort tonight and about 5-10 minutes in I was in sewers and quick scope headshot this sniper. Moments later I'm in the sewer tunnel with the sight line over the water under the bridge and he drops down from bridge and insta-headshot me. It felt suspicious at the time. Ironically I was team balanced to his team and was doing my own thing until I noticed him twitching around while aiming and crouching. Evidence 1 & 2 are just after I was auto-balanced. Evidence 3 & 4 are after I joined back after a restart and spectated the same night to just reconfirm it wasn't some client-side glitch.

 

He plays like he's new to the game in general yet he's the top scorer in the match bar the time he spent on the server. I'm assuming he's using some free cheat by the looks of it that does something when he crouches and they seemingly toggle at random.

I don’t think he is cheating, however I will let another admin tell me their opinion.

I would appreciate that since it's hard to believe he's legit with the overall evidence presented. Just thought I should add in that in the evidence, and what I've said prior, I believe he's toggling at random since from the first person perspective in Evidence 3 he'll miss shots but then other times he'll snap to peoples heads and then return to normal and return to lazily swiping around the screen.

 

(It helps to slow the video down)

For example, Evidence 3, timestamp 00:30 seconds. I bring this up because in the previous shots at enemies he'll shake his aim, almost like he's shaking his mouse, and body shot them but then he'll have extremely accurate aim at other times with no over compensation or jitters. Straight to the head, full stop.

 

Another example is in Evidence 4, again, he is pretty casual body-shotting the spy and over swipes but then when the Heavy appears a second time, timestamp 01:12, he snaps to the head with no shaking, jitters, over swiping, and, infact, snaps his cursor back to his previous position.

This is all excluding the fact he can even remotely aim with all the snapping left and right he's doing while crouching.
