What kind of punishment was it (mute/gag, server ban): perma ban Why should your ban be revoked/reduced? It says banned for Duplicate acc but this is the same acc ive used and i was playing one day and randomly got banned for no reason, was also when i started playing kz. i've changed my name but havent used another acc and have no reason to use another acc. After looking into the situation, it appears this account (https://steamcommunity.com/id/27539345353245/) was banned for cheating on the KZ server on the same IP address you tried to join from. Since it seems like the other account is now fully complete with their 1-month ban, I've gone ahead and removed your ban. Unbanned.
