I got banned from a 1v1 server in 2018, I don't remember who banned me and it doesn't say on source bans (https://sourcebans.gflclan.com/index.php?p=banlist&searchText=STEAM_1:1:77279946&Submit). My group of surf friends like griffey dunny and several others have moved from horizon to gfl for surfing and I'd love to join and especially compete in surf tourney quals but I cant as I still have an old ban in the 1v1 servers.
