re-add identity disguiser

everyone loved this item and it served as a fun tool to be creative as a traitor. i don't care if it has a weird interaction with kobold (i don't know what it is) and i'm willing to sacrifice kobold hoarder in exchange for the identity disguiser. while i like kobold, i can do without it. identity disguiser was way more fun and didn't inspire people to say the m word all the time, which the kobold hoarder does. this is not a post advocating for the removal of kobold hoarder, but we the people miss the beloved identity disguiser so give it back or i'll start a forest fire
