Solutions to common VIP/Supporter issues

This topic contains solutions to common issues that people have with getting VIP and Supporter in-game, on the Forums or Discord.

Before trying any of the solutions please keep the following in mind

• Around 15 minutes should be given before trying any solutions. In-game a map change or leave/join may be required.
• For all issues listed here we do not need you to show your receipt. Please do not post it, or send it to us.

Issue 1 - "I have VIP/Supporter in-game and the Forums but not on Discord"

What to do:

Link your Discord to your Forum account here: https://gflclan.com/settings/login/?service=15 then type the command ~~roles on Discord.

Issue 2 - "I have VIP/Supporter in-game but not on the Forums or Discord"

What to do:

Ensure your Steam account that you paid VIP for is linked to your Forum account here: https://gflclan.com/settings/login/?service=10

Issue 3 - "I don't have VIP/Supporter anywhere!"

What to do:
