I was banned for Duplicate accounts but i have only used one account, I have know idea why i was banned. I've been banned for 4 years for something I didn't even do. Since then we have changed system so it kicks for VPNs rather than get you falsely banned for dupe account. I went ahead and removed the ban however so you should be able to connect now!
