I miss clicked on one of my shortcut keys, i meant to switch to my rifle (button 4) but I clicked on my grenades (button 5) and threw it and killed 4-5 people, it was my mistake I admit it, however it was accidental, awaiting your judgement -Mason

I am aware of that, and that is my fault, I’m not out to get you or anything like that and my apologies, I just want to get back to playing the game if at all possible.

I would say it wasn't accidental, but moreso an immediate regret on your action. You went from shooting the dude to throwing a nade because you weren't hitting him much. From my viewpoint in the recording you definitely meant to throw the nade. Regardless of intent, it was still massRDM.
