My Discord Account was Banned when my Discord account got hacked due to how Discord works It bans the Phone Number so people cant make Alt Accounts and Spam Raid it

I have Made a New Account Yet I am Still Banned in the Discord my Current Discord is C8owe#1921 My Old one is C8owe#3294. The old account needs to be Un banned then Re Banned since it is No longer my Current Phone Number
