What kind of punishment was it (mute/gag, server ban): Server Ban

 

Why should you be unbanned?

It says I was banned for "[SourceSleuth] Duplicate account."

I am not certain how duplicate accounts are flagged,

but if it is based off of IP then my brothers also have steam accounts

under the usernames McLovin (STEAM_0:1:94320928) and Jaeshi (STEAM_0:0:460332542).

 

Neither of these accounts have been banned or flagged, so I am unsure how my account Green Tea was banned for being a Duplicate account.

 

Hopefully, this can be resolved, and I can be notified if there is an issue with my account.

The ban is IP based, but unrelated to your brothers accounts, you just joined using a VPN IP that someone else had already been banned on. I've removed the ban, but would recommend not joining with that VPN in the future (and definitely not with the same VPN IP).
