[Announcement] (Mostly) Shutting Down GFL

Holy shit from playing on some shit ass gmod server to tf2 then to where we are now, at no point did I ever think that things would get as bad as they are now where things have to shut down. I blame aurora. However I don't really care anymore I just want to say that it has been a pleasure and it has been fun being here arguing with random people and them getting mad at stupid shit over the internet. I have met many weird people on here and a lot of people who have had some sort of influence on my life. I also think I have made some friends that I hope to still play friends even after each community branches off and leaves to do their own thing. 

 

I would like to make a contribution in saying that all of you are interesting people and I have hatred towards all of you I will know list off the entirety of people who I have things to say about. Beginning with my top five people

1. @Salad - The most normal person I have met in GFL and genuinely a good person

2. @Infra - Mostly normal but an incredibly devoted and determined person I have learned a lot from this guy!

3. @Liloz01 - A very interesting specimen of a human I have not met another person like this a rare breed you might say

4. @JGuary55 - Goat, I have no idea what this guy is up to now but when I knew him he was funny as fuck.

5. @roy - get this man his keys!

Damn that's rough to hear. Met a lot of awesome folks and friends for life on GFL servers over the last 10 years. Won't forget all late nights surfing till the sun came up and having the ears blown up by mic spam during peak hours. Incredibly thankful for the memories.

Thanks to everyone involved that kept these servers running smoothly and helped make GFL the great community it was. Shoutouts to all the surfers around here and special thanks to @Dini for being Dini.

@Infra also a really cool guys the times we talked, but didn't managed to join CSS ze. Really cringe on that part. Otherwise you cool.

@Joshy an old school player that I forgot that we played together even before GFL. Very mature and probably the oldest one from the directors.
