But if you don't get a response or need to contact our staff team directly, you can either DM the @ZE Modmail bot or go through the #support channel to get in contact with us.
ModMail
ModMail is a bot that allows you to privately communicate to the server's moderation team.
You can use it for the following scenarios:
- Player Reports
- Appeals
- Suggestions
- Questions
Please keep in mind:
- Format everything into one message, don't send multiple messages.
- Misuse of the bot will result in a block from using the bot ever again.
- Do not expect a response right away, it takes time!
Be as detailed and specific as possible when creating a ModMail thread. The more information you provide, the easier it is for us to assist you.
