ips code request

i want a button that if pressed while on a users profile will:

1. add the secondary group of id x to the user (of which the profile you are on)
   OR 
2. remove the secondary group id x if the user (of which the profile you are on) is currently in that group

example:

1. if i am on nick's profile (https://gflclan.com/profile/6-nick/), i would like to be able to press a button that would add secondary group x to nick (6)
2. if i then pressed that button again, it would remove secondary group x from nick (6)

thanks, all i really need is the button to be functional, i don't care about where it is placed in a template cus i can handle that myself teehee, i just need it to work as specified above uwu
